【摘要】 目的 探讨Cortisomol糊剂一次性根管充填治疗牙髓坏死和慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法 396个患牙按随机分组的方法分为实验组和对照组。实验组用Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖侧压根管充填，对照组用氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖侧压根管充填。观察两组根管治疗术后的疗效。结果 两组治疗疗效差异有非常显著性，实验组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 Cortisomol糊剂一次性根管充填治疗在减轻术后疼痛、提高治疗效果方面成效显著，值得在临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the study is to discuss the clinical effect of Cortisomol paste for root canal filling of pulp necrosis and（or）chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods 396teeth were divided into experiˉmental group and control group randomly.Root canals of the experimental group were filled with gutta percha point plus Cortisomol paste in lateral pressure way.Root canals of the control group were filled with gutta percha point plus Zinc Oxide-engenol paste in lateral pressure way.The curative effect of two groups were observed after filled.Results The diffenerce of the curative effect was significant between two groups.The curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group.Conclusion Cortisomol paste for one-time root canal therapy was obˉvious effective in relieving pain of post-operation and increasing the curativ
