口腔鳞癌中血管内皮生长因子表达和微血管密度与预后关系的研究

P>  [摘要]   目的   研究微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在口腔鳞癌中的表达,探讨其与预后关系。 方法  采用SABC免疫组织化学染色方法检测56例口腔鳞癌中MVD和VEGF的表达,采用SPSS软件行统计分析。结果  51.8%口腔鳞癌组织呈VEGF阳性表达。VEGF表达阳性的口腔鳞癌组织MVD显著高于VEGF表达阴性者(P<0.05)。

   VEGF表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关,而与肿瘤的临床分期无关。VEGF阴性表达的病人术后5年生存率较阳性表达者高。MVD记数与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关。口腔鳞癌患者MV

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Expression and  Micro-vessel  density in Oral Squamous

[Abstract]  Objective  To evaluate the clinical significance of microvessel density(MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression in oral squamous cellcarcinomas. Methods unohistochemical staining(SABC) was used to quantify MVD and VEGF expression in specimens  from 56 patients with oral squamous cell carcinomas.SPSS
statistical software was used. Results: VEGF expression was observed in 29 of the patients(51.8%).The microvessel count was significantly higher (p<0.05) in the OSCC with
VEGF expression than in the OSCC without it. In the  clinicopathologic factors, lymph node
metastasis(p<0.05) and differentiated degree (p<0.05) were  significantly correlated with VEGF expression,but there was no significantly correlation between the clinicopathologic
stage and VEGF positive expression. The 5-year survival rate after curative surgery was
better in the patients without VEGF expression (p<0.05).  There were significantly
correlation between the lymph node metastasis(p<0.05)、differentiated degree (p<0.05)、
clinicopathologic stage and highter MVD count. The 5-year survival rate after curative
surgery was better in the patients with  lower MVD count (p<0.05). Conclusions: This  study
indicates that VEGF expression is associated with  angiogenesis, VEGF is one of the main
angiogenic factors for  OSCC.  Quantification of VEGF  and MVD in oral tissues may provide a
valuable marker for a prognosis of patients with  OSCCs.
